Cà Toresele arises from the desire to create a green eco-friendly reality, to give forgotten emotions and rediscover the authentic flavors of the tradition. The building consists of three pulsating hearts: the relais, the tavern and the garden.

Context

Close to Verona’s historic centre, the structure is ideal to fully enjoy all the features the city offers. A few steps away from the famous pedestrian bridge Ponte Pietra, you can reach the centre by a nice walk, following the numerous trails of Torricelle (the hills overlooking the city). Easily attainable by car or through the rental of handy e-bikes.

Origin

The location opened to the public in 2019 after an extensive restoration and upgrading intervention of inner and outer spaces, with the purpose of optimise the resources through cutting-edge technologies to limit the waste. A wide vegetable garden was designed to supply raw materials and a large garden welcomes leisure and relaxation times.

Special Experience

From the establishment you can reach various walking routes of the hill, and get to neighbouring areas crossing nature paths. Is possible to organise excursions to discover the historical beauties of the city, bike and e-bikes tours and wine tastings at the several wine shops located in the Veronese territory.

Product/Collections

The tavern is a wonderful marriage of land and sea. The majority of the vegetables grows in our garden. The other raw materials are carefully selected from farms and fish farms committed in the production of healthy products, in respect of environment and nature. Homemade pastry and the high quality raw materials denote the highly appreciated breakfasts. Lunches, aperitiefs and dinners in the name of good food and great wine selection.
